Who we are

The Customization Station is a female-owned business run by Christie Prottsman, with help from her son, James Davis. Passionate about production, Christie and James are determined to bring ideas into the real world. Excited by the thrill of a challenge, the mother/son duo is relentless in overcoming hurdles, allowing them to succeed where others pass.

What We Offer
When we're not at festivals, we're usually working from our little house on the outskirts of Eugene, Oregon. We may not have a giant shop, but we've got a lot of toys that we're always beyond excited to use!

The Customization Station is ahead of the curve when it comes to laser production. Rockin' CO2, IR, UV, and Diode, we can cut, engrave, or mark nearly anything.
